Dr. Reza Sadrian
Dr. Reza Sadrian is a San Diego plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Inc., which is the only board approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties for Cosmetic Surgery.
With over 16 years of extensive training at some of the top programs in the nation, he is one of only a handful of plastic surgeons dually certified in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery as well as Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. Dr. Sadrian completed his medical degree at Eastern Virginia and his doctorate of dental surgery at University of Washington, Seattle. He completed his rigorous training in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery at Johns Hopkins and U. of Maryland including the Maryland Shock trauma in Baltimore. Following the prerequisite general surgery training in Seattle, he then completed his rigorous plastic surgery training at the world renown Baylor College of Medicine located within the Texas Medical Center in Houston, the largest medical center in the world. He was privileged to train with numerous legendary and international experts in the fields of cosmetic surgery, microsurgery (for both cancer and trauma reconstruction), peripheral nerve surgery, hand surgery, craniofacial surgery and pediatric plastic surgery.
Dr. Sadrian has earned multiple certifications and prestigious awards, conducted numerous research projects, written numerous scientific articles and book chapters and has lectured locally, nationally and internationally on many topics in plastic and maxillofacial surgery.
With offices in La Jolla, California, he performs hundreds of cosmetic surgery procedures of face, breast and body each year and is the Director and Chief Surgeon at Sadrian Cosmetic Surgery Center. He is among a select group of surgeons who have attained high level of achievement in cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgical training, continuing education and clinical expertise. By combining the finest surgical training and experience with a keen eye for aesthetics he is a dynamic and caring physician who strives to obtain balance, proportion and symmetry to obtain a natural and aesthetically pleasing result. He is compulsive about careful planning and detail, including patient expectations, individual desires and wishes as well as their safety. He is known by his patients for his warmth and extremely caring approach on a one on one basis and has been honored to perform many procedures on fellow physicians, hospital staff, health care professionals and their families. He strives to provide excellent care with integrity, honesty and confidentiality. He is staff surgeon at several area hospitals, including the Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla.
